   Also, I wanted to ask what bltetoouh is for? I know people walk around with that thing in their ear so they don't have to hold the phone to talk but how is it used on a computer?    How long you have it depends on how fast the preproty appreciates and how fast the principal is reduced.If you try to use a new appraised value, you will probably have it for at least 2 years. If you reduce the principal to 78% of the value based on the original appraised value you may be able to get out of it more quickly.It is up to the servicer to determine when the MI can be cancelled.
