    It depends on your wehgit. If you only have a few pounds to lose, like 10-15, then it'll take longer to lose that amount than if you have over 20 pounds to lose. With the HCG drops, I'm guessing you could lose 7 pounds easy. More if you're really strict while on the VLCD. Remember you only eat 500 calories a day, no sugar (nor fake sugars like splenda), 200 grams of meat total, 2 fruits, and 1 bread thing. If you want to lose the wehgit faster, you may want to cut out the bread stick and 1 of the fruits. Honestly, I started these drops 4 days ago (2 days of Phase 1, and now I'm on my second day of Phase 2) and I just got on the scale a few minutes ago and I lost 5 pounds in 1 day! But I have quite a bit of wehgit to lose so that won't be the results for everyone. If you exercise at least 30 minutes a day also, you could lose even more than 10 pounds a week. Also, I haven't been hungry on this diet. The drops help soo much! Good luck and have fun in N. Carolina!

    Low carb = low cal. That's why it works. Plain and simple. When you romvee one whole macronutrient from your plate, you reduce your calories by approx 1/3rd. Was nothing to do with food type. You can lose weight eating pasta, or rice, or yams. So long as you run a calorie deficit. I eat lean protein, carbs, fat. I just eat less and I exercise more. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and kept it off 2 yrs now. Eat from smaller plates. Ur eyes see a full plate, but ur eating less. Go walking too

    Again this is all palaver. Proteins are used by ALL cells to reluibd the cell, in the event there isnt enough then the body will break down muscle. Muscle only shrinks (atrophy) from lack of exercise. You need 1-1.5 grams of protein per lean weight per day, thats 100 grams at most for all of you per day. Anything less and your muscles will simply shrink, and your metabolism will decrease. You do not NEED carbohydrates AT ALL, your brain can use ketones just fine.

    After about one and half bottle, sueddnly my HAIR STOPPED FALLING!!! COMPLETELY!!
